Hand-crafted by self-taught distiller and Co-Founder, George in a 12ft x 4ft shed in Kensington.

Duck and Crutch Kensington Dry is distilled with 15 botanicals including Bourbon vanilla pod, Darjeeling tea, Cardamom and Nutmeg.

‘Overproof’ spirits were traditionally at a high enough ABV (later recognised as 57%), that if spilt on gunpowder at sea, the gunpowder would still burn.

Distilled in batches of just 33 bottles, ‘Overproof’ is a punchy rendition of the original Kensington Dry Gin, with a less subtle complexity and much bolder tasting notes. Citrus and spice are a welcome punch rather than the familiar tickle. Juniper still features heavily throughout with a toned-down Darjeeling tea finish

Each bottle is hand-labelled, signed and numbered to verify the quality is top notch. This is followed by a hand-pressed foil label before every bottle is hand-dipped in hot wax to seal and give it the shed stamp of approval.
